case study: Assured Food Standards
Client
Touch PR & Assured Food Standards
Project
The Assured Food Standards 10th Anniversary
Location
Jubilee Gardens & Skylon, Southbank, London
Requirement
Agency client Touch PR approached Purity Productions to assist in recommending a venue to host a unique anniversary celebration for the Assured Food Standards (AFS). The brief stipulated a need for a breakfast reception, outdoor press photocall followed by a lunch reception within central London. Purity Productions were also briefed to create a giant, 6 foot Red Tractor cake for the photo call and further miniature Red Tractor cakes for the functions. To meet the requirement Purity Productions proposed Jubilee Gardens and Skylon Bar & Restaurant. Jubilee Gardens provided the perfect setting with the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye as a backdrop. Purity Productions worked closely with the Southbank Centre Management team in coordinating the siting of the giant tractor cake for the photo call. Skylon acted as the perfect location for the functions given its proximity to Jubilee Gardens.
"Mixing a six foot tractor cake, high profile celebrity and members of parliament in a central London location could be a recipe for disaster.... Not with Purity on the case. The Purity Productions team went above and below the call of duty to help us deliver a slick, perfectly orchestrated, high profile industry event which was attended by a large number of the national media and impressed all attendees. Huge success all round."
