The Ripa Hotel and Hilton Cavalieri were the locations for the recent ARINC ENGAGE Customer Meeting. Held annually, this three-day conference brings together customers from across the EMEA region to discuss innovation, technology and issues in the aviation industry. The conference was based at the Ripa Hotel in the distinctive Trastevere district of Rome and delegates attended a series of interactive presentations and workshops held by representatives from ARINC and industry experts. Ray Batt, Director of Marketing at ARINC commented that, “The ENGAGE meeting is a key date in our event calendar and enables us to get face-to-face with our customers to share innovations and developments in the industry. The aviation industry, along with many other markets is going through challenging times and this meeting provides us all with an important forum to openly discuss our expriences as we look ahead”.

Delegates were also treated to a gala dinner at the fabulous Cavalieri Hotel to celebrate the 80th birthday of the organisation that was started by Herbert Hoover Jnr back in 1928. The venue and it’s spectacular surroundings offered the perfect setting for the anniversay dinner.
